Description of Service

We provide a platform that enables you to:

• Moderate and manage submitted reviews
• Display approved testimonials on your website via embeddable widgets
• Customize the appearance of your review widgets

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not use another person's account without permission or create multiple accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent testimonials
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service for illegal or unethical purposes

Content and Moderation

You are responsible for:

• All content submitted through your widgets
• Moderating and approving testimonials before they're displayed publicly
• Ensuring displayed testimonials are genuine and not misleading
• Complying with consumer protection laws and advertising standards

Under Australian Consumer Law, testimonials must not be misleading or deceptive. You must ensure that testimonials accurately represent customer experiences and include any material connections or incentives provided.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Fees and Payment

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

Indemnification
